Lots of new faces on here!! So I thought a new lil intro was needed.
Hi! I’m Becca and I own Becca Bakes Cookies. I started my journey of being a cookier almost 7 years ago (😟) when I was working in public accounting and needed a creative outlet. Little did I know it would lead me to where I am today, which is opening my first brick and mortar store in Bethel Park (which I said I would never do🫣). But it turns out, working from home 24/7, not having a community gathering place, and trying to figure out how to store the 5,000 cookies you have to decorate in a house was really difficult. So, here we are!
Our lil cookie studio doubles as a bakery + cafe in the morning and turns into an event space where I teach classes at night (we also host private birthday parties and private classes as well!🤭).
I love to bake and be creative in that way, but baking isn’t my whole world even though it’s my job. I’m an actor and I love to write and act in short films. I also LOVE gaming!! I’m in the process of turning all my cookie rooms in my house to gaming rooms and audition rooms as we speak. I think it’s important to show that we can have multiple passions at once. 🤗 I love doing improv, binging tv and playing Disney Dreamlight Valley, Spyro & Kingdom Hearts. When I’m not in the cookie studio, you’ll find me at improv, auditioning or gaming.
We hope to open the bakery + cafe in October (official date coming soon)! But until then, I hope to catch you in a cookie decorating class (October dates are added in the link in bio). See ya then!
