My name is Cathy Morris. I create custom cakes with handmade decorations, basic celebration cakes in Homemade cakes, cupcakes, cookies & treats.
Homemade marshmallow fondant. Buttercream icing or fondant decorated cakes with handmade edible decorations. Serve surrounding areas. Require a 2 week notice on all custom made cakes with handmade sculpted decorations.

All buttercream cake! I love making buttercream flowers and this cake is probably my favorite I have done! Not my design…Bride sent me a picture of what she wanted! Lighting wasn’t difficult for a good pic because of all the windows so, pics are from different sides of the cake!

Hi everyone! My two reasons I took some time off. My daughter was put on rest and I needed to help her until my twin granddaughters were born. They were born on October 9. This Mimi is in Heaven with these two and two year old big sister Hadley! Still talking a little more time off!

As of today, I will be taking some time off from custom cakes and sweets for personal reasons. Cathy’s Cakes will be closed through the end of 2020. I will re-evaluate the beginning of 2021. I will not be taking any new orders at this time.
If my schedule allows, I might at times offer small dessert cakes but that may be random if at all.

Bass fish cake for the grooms cake! Fish cake is chocolate cake, covered in marshmallow fondant and airbrushed with edible colors! Bottom cake is chocolate cake iced in chocolate buttercream.

This cake was so fun! Camping theme cake for Edie! Party was a couple weeks ago. All handmade edible decorations. Tent is cake covered in marshmallow fondant. Rocks are made of Fondant. Love the candles they put in the fire pit for a campfire!

Toy story cake for my little granddaughter who is two! She loves all the Toy Story movies! Bed and toy box are cake. Figures are purchased but all other decorations are hand made.
