Introducing the Heart & Honey Date Guide — your excuse to put down the phones, pick a local spot, and actually spend some time getting to know your person again. 🥂☕️🍕🍦
As a couples therapist, I’ve noticed something over and over again: couples stop going on dates. And when they finally do? Somehow the conversation turns into schedules, work, groceries, bills, and the kids. 😂
But you’re not the same people you were when you first met. You’re growing, changing, learning new things, and experiencing life together — so why not keep getting to know each other?
That’s where the Date Guide comes in. 💕
✨ We’re creating a list of participating small businesses in and around the Bloomsburg area that make great places to spend time together.
✨ Pick a business from the guide and head out for a date — whether that’s breakfast, coffee, lunch, dinner, dessert, an activity, or something in between!
✨ Participating businesses will have a QR code you can scan while you’re there.
✨ That QR code will take you to our Question of the Week — a light, fun conversation starter designed to get you talking about something OTHER than your calendar and your kids. 😉
No deep therapy homework. No awkward relationship exercises. Just fun questions, good conversation, and an excuse to spend time together.
