What started as a love for homemade pizza dough over 10 years ago has grown into a full-fledged bakery specializing in cinnamon rolls, scones, cookies, dinner rolls, and more. grateful for another drop in the books. warm ovens, busy hands, a porch full of something sweet. thank you for showing up for us, saturday after saturday.

nothing good happens after midnight.

except a sink full of dishes from today’s drop.

this is the part of running a home bakery nobody warns you about — for every tray of cinnamon rolls, there’s a mountain of bowls waiting on the other side.

we wouldn’t trade it. but we’d like someone to explain why the dishes multiply overnight.
