We were going to take this in a different direction, but after hearing the news about Dolly, we decided what better way to honor her than with a Sweet Tea Peach Donut!

We filled our Brioche Donut with Ben Clark peach pie filling and topped it with Sweet Tea Glaze and Sugared Lemon & Lime Zest!

If you’ve been in the shop on a Thursday anytime in the last 7 years, you’ve likely heard a Dolly song at least once! That’s because our staff has officially pegged Thursdays as “Dolly Thursdays.” Today will be no different.

Sweet Lucy’s Bakeshop is looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our front counter team on Saturdays!

This is a customer-facing position, so we’re looking for someone with great customer service skills who is friendly, helpful, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy environment.

Applicants must be available to work every Saturday, so this position is best for someone without frequent weekend commitments.

Hours: Saturdays, 6:30am–3:30pm
Pay: Minimum wage + tips
Age: 16+

It’s Corn! Although we weren’t able to get corn from Butynski’s Farm, we are grateful that there is an abundance of local corn available to us like Dans Veggies in Northfield! Today’s is our Sweet Corn Donut! We filled our Brioche Donut with Sweet Corn Pudding, then glazed it with our Brown Butter Glaze and topped it with Corn Flakes!

With that said, public registration for our upcoming Cooking Classes opens August 20th at 6:00 AM.

If you’re interested in early access, join our Yellow Apron Society! This event has become one of my favorites! It’s amazing seeing everyone again after our hot summer break! It’s a great chance to bring all the energy back and it always gets me extra inspired! I am looking forward to seeing all my favorite cooking class buddies in a less formal setting!
