SO EXCITED! Ive been working on improving the consistency of the bagels. Not because anybody asked but because anyboy that knows me knows I am my own worst critic🙃 I made 2 very small changes to my shaping/baking technique and I am super happy with the result. The changes might not even be noticeable but let me just enjoy this feeling🤣

Super easy to make croutons with your leftover sourdough...assuming that you don't eat the whole loaf in a day- no judgement here🤷🏽‍♀️

Nothing kills the magic of getting a fresh sourdough loaf than the realization that you have to slice it yourself 🥲I slice every loaf (except for a few last week when my blade went COMPLETELY dull) because i love you and i just want you to worry about eating delicious bread😭

Stop letting these big businesses LIE TO YOU! Beyond sourdough, helping you become a more informed customer is the greatest gift I can give you.

This bread IS NOT sourdough.
"But Mariah, it says sourdough and long fermentation process'"

Yes, but do you also see yeast (or in this case "yeas"😂) in the ingredients? Commercial "yeast" and "long fermentation" cannot coexist. I'm not saying that yeast is bad for you because its not, however it does inhibit the true fermentation that makes sourdough less damaging to gut health than any other type of bread.

I can go on a long rant about this and I probably will sometime soon but just know that when you're buying any product labeled "Sourdough" from MARIAH BAKES its because it is truly sourdough. Love can't be built on a lie. 😉🤍

I can see grass again which means its time for spring scones🤩

•Mocha Chip: Brown sugar espresso scone topped with an espresso glaze and filled with chocolate chips. Surprisingly goes well with MORE COFFEE

•Carrot Cake: A lot of you ask me when i'm adding my carrot cake to the menu. This is the closest thing you're getting for now🥴

my taste testers are saying these are their favorite scones (overtaking the classic lemon blueberry😧). I guess you'll have to see for yourself!

The RD department is working overtime to keep you coming back! I think this should be ready by next week🤞🏽

Working on getting you a delicious, nutritionally balanced granola! The best part is I'm using discard to bind the granola so it will have nice clusters without relying on added sugar, corn syrup, or glycerin😉you deserve it! (Chocolate flavor also in the works)
