🚨 COOLER UPDATE because I need you to understand how serious I am about these cookies. 🚨

Usually Oreo truffles are covered in chocolate… but apparently I woke up and chose violence and said WHY COVER IT IN CHOCOLATE WHEN I CAN COVER IT IN A WHOLE ASS COOKIE?! 🤣

So we have OREO TRUFFLE STUFFED OREO COOKIES and I am not exaggerating when I tell you these might be the best freaking thing I have ever made in my life. 🤤

An Oreo cookie stuffed with an entire Oreo truffle. They’re rich. They’re ridiculous. They’re cookies & cream HEAVEN. If you’re an Oreo person or a cookies & cream girly… DO. NOT. MISS. THESE. They always sell out within HOURS. 🏃‍♀️💨

✨ Day 41 of baking so my husband can quit his job because the prison sucks… and so do I. 😂😂 (It’s a joke… mostly. 🤣)

Today’s menu is looking pretty delicious! The only thing running low already is our strawberry cheesecake cake sickles—there are only 3 left, so if you’ve been thinking about grabbing one, don’t wait!

Can we talk about something absolutely insane for a second?! 🤯 I ran out of labels about a week (maybe 10 days) ago, put a 750-count roll on my thermal printer… and I JUST RAN OUT AGAIN. 🤯 Seven hundred and fifty labels in a little over a week?! You guys are seriously unbelievable, and I can’t thank you enough for supporting this crazy little dream.

I’ll be working on some brand-new flavors Saturday and Sunday, and I cannot wait for you to see what I’ve got planned!

Sweet Street Treats is teaming up with The Ice Cream Station this weekend, and I seriously couldn’t be more excited!

Friday through Sunday, stop by The Ice Cream Station and treat yourself to a homemade ice cream sandwich made with my giant, soft, chewy Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies and your favorite ice cream. Then roll it in any topping you’d like for the perfect summer treat!

I specifically created this chocolate chip cookie recipe to stay soft, even when it’s frozen. That means no rock-hard cookies—just the perfect soft, chewy bite every time.
