Two hours left at 752 second avenue in berlin about to ice 3 more batches of cinnamon rolls and still have 9 white sandwich loaves and 3 focaccia left and I am here to answer questions and take any orders as well

Today we are doing some more testing for future items tried out a banana chocolate with pb frosting and a plain banana pb frosting as well as some strawberry kiwi....taking orders on the full menu and a few more tests I should have an idea of what new items I will have before summer I hope!!!!

Using the slower time to practice..still have to get stuff approved after my testing is finished but a sneak peek at a couple..blueberry has a blueberry buttercream strawberry has a strawberry cream cheese frosting that may end up being buttercream depending on what I can get approved..until then feel free to order off the normal menu

Fine tuning with the new oven...I am able to take all orders feel free to reach out and keep me baking...left side is smaller by request but I do have a couple white loaves available for pickup before 1:45 today. Or stop at core shot and support two businesses at once

Mud season is upon us and Orders have slowed down some so I am going to maintain less active starter at once...I am still taking all orders but some may take a day or 2 to be completed as sourdough is not a short process some items can be next day....bigger orders will just be 2 days roughly..when orders start building up I will maintain a larger amount and be back to next day orders as usual...thank you and feel free to place any orders

About a month ago I dropped off a loaf of white sourdough at the Thai place and a menu then yesterday I went to order lunch and right away the woman was very excited to see me and explained she lost the menu so I replaced it and in turn she ordered 3 items im just happy to see my efforts of marketing items has turned the page and helped get orders a few times now feel free to place any orders and help support my new adventure of bread making
