Kick off Mental Health Awareness Month this Sunday at "One Breath, Two Fields: Synergy on Springfield"! A free, outdoor, all-levels yoga session with the Mayor’s Wellness Committee, Two Fields Bakeshop, and Ekam Yoga, from 9:30–11:30 AM at Two Fields Bakeshop (528 Springfield Ave).

Enjoy a 45-minute Ashtanga-style flow, stay for light refreshments, and feel free to bring the kids (ages 5+ welcome).

Don't forget water, a mat, and blocks (optional).
