I just wanted to let everybody know I'm in the process of collecting information and I'll be getting back to everybody as soon as I can. There's a lot of messages and I'm still in the process of doing some things with closing down the bakery so please just have some patience with me and allow me to get back to you very shortly. Here is a list of everything we offered. Please let me know if you would like to purchase any of these recipes. I wish that I could give these away for free but I'm unfortunately not able to at the moment. It's taken years of learning how to bake Gluten Free and vegan and to create and perfect these recipes and I would appreciate a small payment for each recipe. I will be working towards a cookbook but it will be quite a bit of time I think before I'll be able to finish one. I don't know when that would be so if you would like to purchase any of these recipes for now please message me.

EDIT: I have had several people that have asked me to make them something for the holidays. Unfortunately all of my equipment and ingredients are no longer available to me. If you do have an interest in hiring me to train you in the recipes or making anything for the holidays or even producing a large amount of pies or scones for you to freeze and take out to bake at home anytime you like, I will be able to do so if you can purchase the ingredients. I have accepted a job on the west coast and I'm leaving in two weeks so it would have to be in that timeline for me to train you in person on any of the recipes or make something for you.
