Good afternoon foodies! Installing the fryer today. Anyone up for wings and tenders? We will have our trial run this Wednesday from 11 to 7 at the Twin Oaks Lodge Expo. Let's call it a soft opening. We still have The Flippin Crêpe stickers, but we will be Flippin chicken instead. Help us perfect our chicken! See y'all there

Had to upgrade the generator. The 8750 got hurt the last time out. Not sure if it would have made the Benton ball drop. There was a sale and we pounced. This was inside my shop with the doors closed. I could still hear the TV on in the background. So quiet!
