One thing I love about most of my recipes, is that they are gluten free. This cake was made for a young girl who can’t have gluten. I hope she enjoys it as much as I enjoyed making it for her 💗

Piping Macarons 💗

Still wish I could figure out how to add music on these videos. Ho hum! Until then, just another video of me doing what I do every day, & enjoying every minute of it 🥰

I realized music won’t post because of a copyright issue. Ho hum! I put this video together this morning to show most of the process of making macs. I began my big batch at 9:30 this morning & I am just now about to bake the last tray at 1:40. I still have to wait for them to cool, whip up the frosting, then refrigerate them overnight before they are ready to go!

Spiced shells for my Carrot Cake macs! These are filled with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting & carrot cake in the center 😍😍😍🥕🥕🥕🐰🐰🐰

It’s Macaron Monday! I couldn’t get the music to load (stupid Fb), but enjoy this quiet reel of what I’ve been up to this morning! Happy Monday, friends!

Making macarons is a PROCESS. You don’t just throw dough together and bake. If it were only that simple. There are MANY steps & each step has to be done perfectly or they don’t turn out right! I tried to add music, but it wouldn’t let me, so here’s a short look at a small batch I made today 💗💗💗
