Longer days, warm sunshine, fresh sourdough... and this week we're celebrating one of our favorite people — Sophie! 🎉

If you've spent any time at our coffee bar, chances are Sophie has made your drink, greeted you with a smile, or had her hands all in your sourdough. In honor of her birthday, we're bringing back one of her favorites:

It's true... We can hardly believe it!! But we lived it... With you!!!

Our small batch sourdough bakery and coffee bar was full!!! Everyday, there yall were!!! We hoped... We planned... We wished... We baked... We brewed... We wondered... We poured it all out for you!!! I'm sure not perfectly every time, But intentionally every time. Handcrafted every loaf and sweet treat. Carefully brewed and crafted your favorite drinks.

So many good things! You're one of them!! Keep showing up and we will too!! We're just getting started.

Now we rest!! From every member of the Sourdough House Team we say thank you!!!
