We believe our lines are now 90% fixed although we are still seeing some issues. Numbers to try if you are trying to place an order and still cannot get through. Aside from Mondays when we are normally closed, please let us know if you are still having trouble getting through.

FIDIUM has been unable to properly fix this ongoing problem. This problem has grossly affected our business for the past 3 days.

To our valued customers that are also experiencing frustration trying to get a hold of us to place orders. After 3 days our main line is still not working properly. FIDIUM has been unable to fix this problem that has grossly affected our business and is still ongoing.
The line works then doesn’t work so unfortunately many of you cannot get through. Please use the alternate numbers listed above to place an order should that happen. We are at the mercy of this company at this point to get this fixed as they have not been unable to, for our business to go back to normal.
We were informed when we switched over from Comcast it would be an easy, smooth, changeover and that has not been the case. It has been a stressful nightmare. That being an understatement.
We deeply apologize for all of you trying to get a hold of our business and experiencing this and hope the alternative cell phone numbers will help.

Closed for vacation! January 15th-22nd. Benners will closed for vacation and will reopen Tuesday January 23rd at 8:30 am so our family and staff can enjoy some much needed time off.

READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW.
When a customer tries to give constructive criticism on how to run your business when you’re already struggling and trying to do your best. You can have the best of everything and they will always find something to complain about. It’s exhausting. We are human. Maybe he wasn’t aware that there were 20 plus orders in front of his. I own the place and I still have to wait sometimes an hour and thirty minutes for my pizza! Sometimes we’d just like to hand them an apron. So many places to eat yet knowing if you eat at Benner’s you’re going to wait. You can chose not to wait and eat at one of the many other fine establishments. Regardless of the reasons, staffing issues whether short or none at all it is what it is and we get through the day as best we can. This guy also did the same thing to Phillys and the Angry Egg 2. Easy to talk about time management when you’re not cast in the movie. We now push back a little at these people to keep our sanity. It’s a constant. Some are never happy and thrive on taking others down. They need to realize they do have a choice. Some places may not be for them.

After seeing Bringing You Vermont’s post this morning and feeling and experiencing the same struggles they have being a small business, seeing where the world has gone and most likely where it is going, after 13 years of being a 7 days a week business we will be changing our business to 6 days a week. As of December 25th 2023, we will be closed on Mondays to enable us to stretch out what we have for staff and lighten up on the number of hours our family works.
As the Hassetts have done, we too continued to “soldier on” and now feel it’s time to cut back a little. The complainers and “not so great” customers out there have taken their toll and have made our decision a little easier as has the inability to find a full staff to run our restaurant properly and efficiently.
Although for now we will still be there for all of our wonderful, loyal, supportive, understanding customers, we will see where the world takes us from here in the next few years!
Again, we thank our staff who has stuck with us through the years and continue to throughout this craziness and to all of the great people out there who continue to be great and for all of your continued support for our family and our business.
