Bazer’s Baked Goods + GF My name is Amy Bazer and I own and operate Bazer’s Baked Goods + GF. I have a passion for baking and recently found out that I can no longer tolerate gluten.

With the options of gluten free baked goods being very limited in the stores and not being the most tasty, I try to focus on trying to bring the best, most normal tasting gluten free items that I can offer. I look forward to bringing you the highest quality products I can. My baked goods are baked in a kitchen that is not subject to regulation and inspection by regular authority. While I’m not a c

omplete gluten free kitchen, I take precautions as to not cross contaminate while I am producing my products. I have also received my Cottage Food Handlers Certificate through the University of Nebraska extension website.
