I started a sourdough starter when my son was 6 months old, not knowing much about sourdough.
I didn’t know when I should feed my starter, I didn’t know I could also bake with the discard, I’ve never even made my own loaf of bread.
Now here we are 2.5 years later and I get to share my baking passion with others in our community and it brings me so much joy.
It’s hard to beat homemade baked goods and we want others to taste the difference 🙂
