Pre-orders are open for Central OR Fill Your Pantry now through 10/28! Order ahead to get bulk baked goods, meats, produce, etc. The FYP bulk farmers market and order pickup is Saturday 11/7 at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds!

Fill Your Pantry is back and pre-orders are live! FYP is November 7th this year at the fairgrounds and this is a great opportunity to stock up on local produce, meats, honey, and even gluten-free baked goods 😉

Not everything is available for pre-order but this is a great way to make sure you get the things you want.

Our kitchen partners and staff are close enough to the kids at Silver Rail to be very shaken by what happened yesterday. And with that, we are giving ourselves space to take a pause on production. If you placed an order to pick up tomorrow, we will still have it. But we will not be stocking grocery stores tomorrow. Instead, those of us who have the capacity are doing a little something that feels right to hopefully relieve a little stress for a few families.

This feels trivial but it’s the way we know how to show up for others. And carbs are comfort, after all. Those who came in today and made French toast casseroles to share with our community.

We have about 25 of them. If you know a family that’s been impacted by the events at Silver Rail Elementary yesterday (especially if they have gluten/dairy/nut sensitivity) please come take one so they have one less meal to think about this weekend.

Some team members have also volunteered to make some deliveries so call/email/text us if you need that arranged.

It’s small but it’s what we have for now 💗 Sending an outpouring of love from the Luce’s Bakehouse team!

We LOVE our kitchen partners and being part of a collaborative environment that takes gluten safety seriously!

We all have the same standard- no gluten walks through these doors EVER. So we sleep well at night knowing we’re putting out truly celiac safe foods 🥯

But it’s more than just sharing space. It’s pooling our resources for equipment, collaborating to bring fun dishes to market, helping each other sort through tough business problems, and so much more💕 So if you haven’t, check out our friends and try their delicious foods asap!

Hello friend of Luce’s Bakehouse! Important update:

Our team will not be baking tomorrow, which means no order fulfillment or grocery store delivery on Tuesday.

We’ve had a serious family emergency this weekend. Our baby baker, Maeve, (who many of you have met at the farmers market) had a big accident and needs time and undivided attention to her recovery. ❤️‍🩹

If you’ve already placed an order for Tuesday pickup or shipping this week, we will reach out to you about refunding or rescheduling. Our fantastic team of bakers will be back in action on Wednesday and grocery stores in Bend will be restocked on Thursday.
