We LOVE our kitchen partners and being part of a collaborative environment that takes gluten safety seriously!

We all have the same standard- no gluten walks through these doors EVER. So we sleep well at night knowing we’re putting out truly celiac safe foods 🥯

Hello friend of Luce’s Bakehouse! Important update:

Our team will not be baking tomorrow, which means no order fulfillment or grocery store delivery on Tuesday.

We’ve had a serious family emergency this weekend. Our baby baker, Maeve, (who many of you have met at the farmers market) had a big accident and needs time and undivided attention to her recovery. ❤️‍🩹

If you’ve already placed an order for Tuesday pickup or shipping this week, we will reach out to you about refunding or rescheduling. Our fantastic team of bakers will be back in action on Wednesday and grocery stores in Bend will be restocked on Thursday.

Perfect way to start the day, with a “Cardi B” (cardamom bun with orange glaze) and hot coffee ☀️

Years before needing to go gluten-free, Sean and I stood in line at the original Sparrow Bakery location first thing in the morning to get an ocean roll before they sold out. After going GF, that was one thing we never stopped missing!

This is our ode to the ocean roll. There are many differences. But the bold cardamom, the soft squishy layers, and the crispy sticky bottom really hit the spot! And the orange glaze? Well once we tried it out, there was no going back!

If you missed their debut on Saturday, you can get one tomorrow at the Farmers & Friends Market near the Old Mill starting at 2pm! We can’t wait to share this more with each of you who needs to fill the ocean-roll-shaped hole in their heart 💕
