Chef/Owner David Touvell has been baking since he was just 9 years old when he worked at the City Bakery in Ventura, California. Fast forward just a few years and David began baking fresh breads for his restaurant, CHOW. When his daughter developed an allergy to gluten, perfecting a delicious, versatile gluten-free bread line was a natural progression. We wholesale and we also love to fulfill special orders.
We bake fresh every Tuesday at our Local Slice restaurant. You can come by 4pm-9pm daily to pick up a loaf or you can call to place a special order.
