June is crazy busy here at Ida's, so plan ahead for those birthday cakes! While it is often possible to get a cake in 48 hours, there are a number of days this summer that are already booked out. Well, this is how we use cake tops, extra special-order flavors, and all of our extra goodies - we make delicious, grab-and-go parfaits! A HUGE thank you to everyone who participated in our Ukraine fundraiser last night! We're thrilled to announce that we raised over $20,000 so far, and that number is growing as we extend the effort to all carry out orders tonight. We will follow up with detail about how the proceeds will be allocated to the charitable organizations working in Ukraine.
