A fully Gluten Free home bakery in Central Oregon, offering vegan options as well if requested! Hello!

I have been gluten free for a few years due to health issues. I LOVE baked goods and have had a hard time in this area finding gluten-free items that actually taste good. I have been working on recipes and have nailed down a few and decided to start offering some to those in the community who may need them. I am NOT a professional, I haven't figured out decorating yet, nor can I make every type of

baked good because I don't want to offer it until I get the exact recipe that tastes really good! I will add items as I get them down, I can do some vegan, some without refined sugar and I will work on keto and sugar free as I go along! My hope is to offer delicious desserts, for all kinds of people without charging an arm and a leg!

Im going to be creating some valentines day boxes which will include a 4-5 inch cake and 5 cupcakes.
The flavors will be (gluten free) Vanilla, Chocolate or Lemon cake with Swiss meringue frosting. This photo is from online but wanted to use it to show an example.
$50 for the box
Deliveries can be made Thursday the 13th in the evening, or Friday the 14th during the day.

I managed to make a gluten free chocolate babka last night! I'm excited it went well - who knows, maybe it'll make the menu.

Im offering cookie decorating kits this holiday! Kit will include:
Gluten Free sugar cookies 6, 12, or more
Artifical dye-free royal icing in 3 colors
Artificial dye-free sprinkles

I will create an order form but wanted to let you all know in advance! Drop offs can be done between December 15th - 22nd if youd like to order a pack, let me know!

I had an order for Father's Day of a strawberry cake, with strawberry filling, and Swiss meringue buttercream. This is a 3 layer 6" cake with edible dried flowers for decoration 🥰
