Happy holidays everyone! I've had a couple of my friends hire me to do holiday side dishes for their dinner and have some availability for others who may be interested. If you want to do your main event, Turkey, ham, etc, I can do your sides! Mashed potatoes, au gratin or scalloped potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, or whole berry cranberry sauce. Each can be ordered to serve 10 or 20 people. If you're interested in something other than what's listed, let's talk.

Organic vanilla paste: would fellow bakers be interested in buying some? I have access to purchase Grade A organic, bourbon cured Madagascar beans as well as Tanzanian beans over the next few days. I'll be making some for myself, but happy to make more for people who are interested. It takes a bit to make, so wouldn't be ready for purchase immediately, depending on when brand are delivered no later than the end of June, of not earlier.

I just found blood oranges, there's a very short season and this is another one of my favorite cakes. If you're interested I am taking orders as long as the supply of oranges last, I don't expect it to be a long time.

I need 48 hours notice on the delivery because I have a contract job to fulfill.

This weekend I'm offering blueberry scones ($3.75 ea) and a rustic strawberry ricotta cake, by individual serving ($4 ea.) or 9" cake ($22).
