Adult Day Services Bemidji

Adult Day Services Bemidji Serving adults 18 years and older.

Participants in the program are 18 years of age and older, who, through challenges associated with aging, are experiencing difficulty maintaining an independent living. The population could be characterized by adults who:
1) may have physical, psycho-social, or mental impairments and require assistance, and supervision.
2) may need rehabilitative services (including restorative and maintenance) in

order to restore or maintain the optimum level of functioning.
3) may require services provided by or under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
4) may be considered at risk for nursing home placement.

Everyone at adult day had a wonderful time celebrating the last week! We had Christmas movies playing, Christmas music playing, cookie decorating, a delicious ham dinner meal and we even had a very special visitor to pass out some gifts to all who were here! As we close out the year 2025 we want to thank every participant and their families/caregivers! We are so fortunate to serve the people that we do! From everyone at adult day services, we want to wish you a safe and happy new year!! 🎆

Adult Day Services in Bemidji is looking for a Director of Care employee! Listed below are a few of the job description qualifications that is requested for the position:

1. Assist in planning and scheduling quarterly visits with the client's team and follow through with the meeting.

2. Assure that the individual's plan of care, abuse prevention plan, and other client documentation requirements are up to date.

3. Be responsive to verbal and non- verbal requests of participants.

4. Provide emotional support and maintain a helpful interpersonal relationship with participants, caregivers, and other providers.

5. Assist with medication administration as necessary.

6. Assist as team member with overall programming (assisting on the floor as direct care staff, drive company buses/ van as needed, assist with bathroom cares as needed, etc)
