Our Humble Beginnings

My name is Becky Eastling. I moved here in 2008 when my husband, Brian Eastling, accepted a job as the Program Director at Camp Oak Hills in Bemidji, MN. I have always enjoyed baking, canning, and working in the kitchen. I learned a lot from mom and from being involved in 4-H in Indiana (where I grew up).

In 2011, we decided to join the Bemidji’s Natural Choice Farmers Market. We have enjoyed getting to know those in the community as we have sold our products. I am registered as a Minnesota Cottage Food Producer and make my products in my own kitchen. I am required to tell customers that my products are made in a kitchen that has not been state inspected. I am also required to deliver all my home baked items directly to the customer.

In November through April, I would like to offer cookies for sale. I will post more information about it on my page as decisions are made. Thank you and hope you all have a great day!
