Finding our new flow! 🍂

​If you’ve loved our Original Sourdough, you know how much that long cold fermentation in the fridge does for digestion & flavor! Prepping & shaping loaves on Wednesdays was such a great summer rhythm for us, but with school back in full swing, our family schedule is shifting.

​I’m currently tweaking my prep days to see what works best for our routine & the farmstand. I managed to get a small batch shaped & tucked into the fridge today, & I’ll be mixing, shaping, & adding more tomorrow!
