We’re having a Super Summer Saturday Cinnamon Roll Celebration at Little Bohemian Bakery! On Saturdays, July 27th, August 3rd & August 10th, come try a sample of our flavored sweet rolls and/or ask for some of our extra special recipe icing on the side for free with purchase of any sweet roll on these three days. Drizzle it on top of your favorite or use it for dunking! ***Samples and extra icing while supplies last.

Don’t forget to grab your favorite pockets, fruit kolaches and klobasneks (sausage kolaches) for breakfast too!

There’s still a lot of summer to enjoy, but the end of summer vacation for schools is coming soon. We’re ready for another exciting school year here in Belton, we love seeing all our school year regulars!

Open at our regular days & hours starting tomorrow March 6, 2024. Our baker is back on board after surgery and we’re all ready to see everyone lined up for breakfast and sweets again!

Once again, our baker, Derek, has been hospitalized due to a serious medical condition. His surgery is scheduled for today and we hope to hear the best outcome for him. Please send prayers and wishes for his speedy recovery. Until he returns in a couple weeks, we will try to open only on Friday and Saturday with limited product. Our little library shelves need some love! If you have some books (kids or adult!) you are ready for someone else to enjoy, we would love to take them off your hands! Please remember that our neighbors deserve the best too - only donate gently-used, like-new books. (Please no used coloring books or books with toys/stickers/etc missing - this makes our littlest neighbors sad!)

OPEN ON OUR REGULAR DAYS & HOURS!!! We’re so very happy to announce our baker is out of the hospital and back at work! Thanks so much for your patience and understanding. Derek is slowly getting back up to speed. Pictures are of him and our chief customer service specialist, Kim at Christmas on one of our big baking days.

February 1, 2024 - Welcome to all our newer customers! Our recent pictures of that huge table of cinnamon rolls showed one of our favorite items, but the best sellers are the amazing breakfast pockets and sausage klobasneks (kolaches)… we have seventeen varieties of pockets and four varieties of sausage kolaches!!!

**Our location and days/hours of operation are listed on our page. We sincerely request and highly recommend that you call in advance for orders of a dozen or more of any product as everything is baked during the night based on what we predict we will sell… one huge order can wipeout products that we sell to our regular customers throughout the morning and hurt our ability to make all the sales possible in our day. We make only what we think we will sell to eliminate losses at the end of the day.

We survived a brutally hot and dry summer, and we missed our school regulars! It’s time to celebrate the Little Bohemian way! Come try our new pocket flavors: pulled pork (made in house), sausage & gravy and the baker’s favorite, the bacon hammer! There are new fruit kolache flavors too! Staff favorite, pineapple upside down and pina colada!
