Sometimes I make a for someone whose passions include , and . (He also love running, biking and skiing…. But those were harder to put onto a cake 😂). The cake is two layers of filled will a layer of whipped chocolate ganache, covered in vanilla-marshmallow buttercream, and drizzled chocolate ganache. It’s decorated with homemade brownies and chocolate chip cookies, and chocolate truffles. Happy 7th decade Chris!

Sometimes I have the privilege of baking a cake for .Hollywood who went into ’s NY studios for an interview with host Young (and by sometimes, this time I mean “only once” 😂.
