From Allie's Oven I bake artisan sourdough goods by hand, from scratch. Help to heal your body and the earth. People are hungry. Hi!

I use certified organic, stone milled, bolted grains from regenerative farms in our region, as well as local ingredients from small family farms. Not just for food; but for a connection to the land in which it is grown, and to the people who prepare their food with love and intention. I’m Allie Williams, Founder of “From Allie’s Oven.”

I am a home-school mama of three little beans, keeping food

tradition and the art of homemaking alive. I am passionate about regenerative farming and living, and have been officially baking sourdough for my community from my Cottage Kitchen since March 2023. MY BREADS:

My sourdoughs and specialty breads (diabetic and digestion friendly) are made by hand, from scratch. I am committed to fueling your body and community’s health through; *regeneratively grown, real, fermented breads.* I use certified organic grains from regenerative farms in our region, as well as local ingredients from small family farms in my town. By purchasing local, you are directly supporting regenerative; agriculture, food systems, and communities. Not only is my bread SO good for you; it's good for your environment, too.

There’s no question that my bread is great! But I do so much more than sell bread; I create experiences. And I hope to produce long lasting, positive change for my customer’s health, and in my community.

Everything I bake, I make with and (ultimately) for my little buddies. I have been immeasurably blessed with the opportunity to create, serve, share, and grow: my business, my family, new friendships, community... all with the involvement of my precious little ones. I love sourdough. Clearly! I love keeping traditions and artisan skills alive. I love building regenerative food systems. I love getting to know YOU, and the opportunity to bless you with great food. Introducing my new Fall Focaccia Flavors! Pumpkin, and Cinnamon Roll Focaccia. Ribbons of cinnamon "sugar" swirled throughout sweet dough, that is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Is it late night, or early morning baking at this point? 🫣😵‍💫 3:30am, and I'm almost done packaging boules for our Double Market Day tomorrow! Or is it, TODAY!? We will be at the Vortex Optics Pop-Up Market from 9am - 11am, followed by the Lone Rock Farmers Market from 3:30pm to 6:30pm. That is, after I take a NAP! Oh, and don't miss the first of my new fall flavors: Mediterranean Chai Boules are here! My little Baker Buddies and I look forward to feeding you our delicious, home-made breads prepared with love.
