Big, soft, chewy and absolutely worth the labor.
Bagels are one of our more time intensive things we make, but the texture makes it all worth it. We still find ourselves giggling thinking about our “large” 8x batch we were making when we first opened, whilst watching our 60x batch sell out😂😅

Made with Neil’s 100% Big Leaf Maple Syrup. Tappd right here in the PNW- seriously the best syrup (we might be a little biased 😉).
Neil’s is our grandpa, and one of our owners spent years making syrup right alongside him. So this one’s pretty special to us.
Come grab a maple bar and take home a bottle of syrup from our storefront while you’re at it. 🤎
