As some of you may have heard, bagels will sadly be on hold for the next 2-3 months ☹️ I will be having surgery later this month and will be taking time off for recovery. All is good over here and I can’t wait to get back to baking 🥯🤍

Next order pick up: Wednesday February 21st North Attleboro, Ma. Orders must be placed by Tuesday February 20th at 4pm, so do not miss out!

If you are part of the OVER 300 bagels sold in the past week….WOW….I am screaming thank you from the rooftop. I never imagined this much support in the first week of orders.

Hi 🫶 I’m Sarah (Yes! The one in front of the dough). I am a nurse by day, and bagel lover by night! 🥯

Our sourdough starter, SarahDough, is just about 6 months old. She can be a bit needy!! She does best tucked in at night and exactly 76° water at feedings. I wonder who she is named after…

Bagels were naturally one of my first bakes when I started my sourdough journey. And quickly became my favorite thing to share with family 🤩 I am so excited to be sharing my bagels and am so appreciative of the support so far 🫶
