After more than 36 years of creating cakes, it is time for me to hang up my apron and put down my piping bags/spatula. Who would have thought that a hobby in which i had no formal training would develop into a career!
I have enjoyed my work---loved the challenge of melding art/baking/engineering, was able to work from home and make my own hours (which in the summer were too many). Over the years I have shared major life moments with many clients, some of whom I now consider to be extended family.
Now it's time to enjoy the next chapter of my life! Wishing everyone all the best.
