Everything has been absolutely crazy around here, but it’s definitely time to upload one of my favorite cakes of this year!!! and I can’t believe I didn’t share it sooner!!!

This is the second year in a row that I have been lucky enough to make this special girls birthday a little bit sweeter, and when I tell you, I always have the most fun!!!!
Like every good mermaid cake, there are shells galore, beautiful colors, and it’s nothing but fun from the first bite to the last! A perfect 2 dozen cupcake cake makes sharing with friends a breeze! And half chocolate and half vanilla means something for everyone!

I absolutely love when I get sent photos of treats that customers remembered!!! This was a super last minute superbowl cake for some amazing friends!

It’s a Hershey fudge cake, a Dubai brownie filling, and a pistachio butter icing!!! It definitely was the start of my love for Dubai chocolate!!! And a 6 inch cake can feed up to 10 people!!! Although it really depends on how much you live cake!!! (And this one was VERY LOVED!!!)

I absolutely regret not getting a photo with all the final details, but I can truly say it was incredibly delicious either way!!!

When the cakes are for home I often forget photos, because around here we know they always taste even better than they look!

This was a white chocolate cake with an amazing raspberry mousse, layered with a homemade raspberry jam… the light sweetness in the cake was such a perfect contrast to the tart raspberry flavor, add my signature icing, of course, and it was a combo that just couldn’t be beat!!!

Because what better way to celebrate Holy Week than with some delicious desserts to share!!!
My signature cupcake never misses, you can get them filled with my delicious strawberry filling, or even get the “filling” on top! Fresh berries are truly the perfect way to top these! These have always been tried and true, and they just can’t miss!!!

And Dubai Chocolate has been non stop, so of course I had to put my own spin on it! This rich chocolate espresso fudge cake was perfect with the pistachio cream filling! A whipped pistachio frosting and Ghirardelli chocolate drizzle. All the most amazing toppers including Dubai brownies! These were absolutely incredible and definitely a new must have!!!

2 cupcakes so different that it was impossible to chose between!

Because what better way to welcome spring than with some beautiful white chocolate cupcakes, filled with a raspberry curd! The sweet cupcakes and tart filling made the perfect refreshing bite, add some raspberry cheesecake truffles on top and a light raspberry whipped icing! ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!
