I won't be at either market personally today, but I have some amazing friends helping me out. Please stop by, say hello, and show them some love. They volunteered their time so I could make sure you all still had fresh bread this weekend, and I couldn't do this without them.

There will be plenty of sourdough, cookies, bagels, English muffins, cinnamon rolls, and more available at both locations.

Friday is always a busy one around here. Finishing up bakes, restocking, and getting everything packed and ready for tomorrow's markets.

Fresh bread was dropped off at Cream of the Crop today, and I also made another bread drop at Huffman Produce to help keep the shelves stocked. Thank you guys for keeping these places so busy.

Another busy weekend in the books. Thank you to everyone who came out to the markets, stopped at the farm stands, and grabbed fresh bread this week.

More bread will be getting dropped off at Huffman Produce tomorrow after another big weekend. You guys have been incredible lately and I appreciate all the support more than you know.

Tuesday drops will be posted tomorrow.

Friday prep day and the kitchen has been full speed getting ready for tomorrow’s markets. Bread is baking, dough is proofing, and everything is getting packed up for another busy Saturday.

Fresh bread also just got dropped off at Cream of the Crop for opening day today.

First bake in the new Simply Bread oven this week and WOW… what a game changer.

This is my second commercial bread oven, and I honestly do not think I realized just how much time I was spending baking until now. What used to turn into 20 hour bake days is getting cut almost in half, which is absolutely life changing for production days. More sleep equals a happier mom and wife!

One thing I did not think about though… if the baking goes twice as fast, that means I have to bag everything twice as fast too. Definitely a whole new learning experience trying to keep up with this thing. Thank God for and all of her help!! Couldn't do this without her. 🙏

But this oven is an absolute workhorse and I already love it. Watching Sweet Earth Delights continue to grow like this has been such an incredible feeling, and I’m so thankful for everyone supporting this journey.
