Ok guys, I am going to be very busy the next couple of months so I’m asking for early Christmas cookie orders just so I can be prepared. Message me with what you might need so I can get my schedule ready before the holiday rush. I sell by the lb and as you know I do a bunch of different varietie. I’m going to do small tins too which Are perfect for little gifts. Thanks.

Happy 2nd birthday little Andrea. Who doesn’t love Bluey! I did a blue velvet fake with mascarpone whipped cream. Adorable and delicious just like her. I also made cake pucks, pizelles, pignole cookies and meringues with lemon/lime curd and a blueberry.

Hello friends, I hope you’re all staying warm and safe. I wanted to share this cake with you because it’s something I never thought I’d do. Jewel tone colors. I really loved the way it came out. This was a request and the photo on the left was the inspo photo the customer provided. Picture on the right was the cake I did. Happy birthday Isabel.

I have been so curious about these rolling pins but the reviews on Amazon weren’t great. I heard good things about the company, Pastrymade, so I ordered a few. I love the results! I’m sure with more practice they will get better. Here I made a chocolate butter cookie that I sandwiched with whipped chocolate ganache. They are delicious and will be added to the cookie trays this month.

I will begin taking orders for Christmas cookies/trays next week. I will post a menu soon. I’ve added a few new ones to the menu which is always exciting. If you have any special requests/dietary preferences just let me know. Please keep in mind, although we do have many varieties of baked goods without nuts, my kitchen is not nut free. I am offering ricotta pies and cake pucks (a cake pop in puck form) this year as well.
