Tonight adventures In all things sourdough. Pizza crust. This homemade pizza turned out delicious and my family loved the crust way more than my usual pizza dough recipe I have used for years! Best part was I made the dough last night and put in fridge over night. Made for an easy dinner!

Spent the day making bread and bagels. Then Zailyn says “Mom can we go to the store and get cinnamon rolls?” I said nope but I can make them from scratch!

These are kid tasted and approved!

Tonight adventure with Sourdough baking was sandwhich bread and dinner rolls. Taste test turned out amazing!

Gotta do something with my sourdough discard. Might as well make chocolate chip cookies. My teenager thought it would be gross but he says it is the best cookies I have made!!
