Morning buns this week!! My schedule is still crazy so what I will be able to produce is hard to nail down but I hope to have pizza shells, English muffins, bread, bagels, scones, cookies and some candies. We are open from 8-noon on Saturdays only at 167 S Potter Street in Bellefonte. Looking for pasture raised meat? We are a pick up location for Pole Cat Hollow Farm. Enjoy our patio before the weather turns and enjoy an iced coffee from La Colombe or stop by one of our neighbors and grab a hot coffee then come down to the bakery.

Not a slice of bread to be found, just some pork from Pole Cat Hollow Farm. Inspired by larb pork tonight’s dinner is Thai lettuce wraps. Ground pork, water chestnuts, fish sauce caramel and loads of fresh basil and mint from the garden, wrapped in lettuce leaves with carrots, cucumber, rice noodles and sriracha.

It’s a beautiful Saturday! Come grab some fresh baked scones, croissants, and an iced coffee and sit on the patio before taking a stroll through the park! We have lemon cream cheese sourdough cookies and white peach and blueberry house made marshmallows for a sweet treat later on. We’re here until noon today. 😎🥳☀️

Almost ready to open. We have lots of plain croissants and scones (cinnamon raisin, chocolate orange, and lemon blueberry), pizza shells, a limited amount of English muffins and lots of lemon-cream cheese sourdough cookies. Not only are we your local sourdough bread dealer, we also offer sourdough starter for sale. Interested in picking up a new hobby to eliminate any free time you might have, ask us for starter and we will put together a freshly fed container that you can rename and care for at home. No pre orders for the next few weeks but we will have some product available for sale Saturday morning. Croissants, scones, cookies, pizza shells and a few English muffins. Hoping to have some surprise items as well (stay tuned). Unfortunately my recent hand injury will keep me from making bread and bagels this week.
