Great news for our Bellefonte Bread Baker community! 🍞 We're partnering with Pole Cat Hollow Farm as a weekly pick-up location.

This week's fresh specials include cinnamon raisin bagels, rosemary batards, pretzels, and white chocolate cranberry scones. Fingers crossed, we might even open the bake shop for sales and pick-up!

Hey all!!! Thanks so much to all who came to see us today!!! We truly cannot thank everyone enough for your continued support to our little bakery. 🫶🏻🥰🥯🍞🥐

We are SUPER excited to announce that we will be a host pick up spot for Pole Cat Hollow Farm, a local regenerative farm located in Howard, PA. If you are not familiar with Pole Cat Hollow, they produce pasture and ethically raised, non GMO pork, beef, chicken, duck, and turkey. We have known Nancy and Greg for a few years now. They’re the nicest people and have amazing products. We cannot recommend them enough. 🐖🐓🐂🪿🥚🥓🥩

What day is it???? It’s pop up on the patio Saturday! 🥳

We have something special for everyone today who stops by…half off drink vouchers from our friends over at shakyhandscoffeeshop! 🙌🏻🫶🏻 Did you know…they are celebrating their 1yr anniversary today at their super cute store? If you’ve never been over there, now you don’t have an excuse. 🥳😂

We’ll have chocolate croissants, plain croissants, bagels, chocolate cherry batards, English muffins, lemon blueberry scones, and…..drum roll….pizza shells!! Come see us!

While we finish up, I’m going to enjoy my chocolate croissant because, well, it’s now or never.

Good news everyone. Our building permit for electrical installation was approved clearing the way for work to begin on final installation of our ovens and new mixer. This should signal the final stretch before we can fling the doors open for customers. Likely a few weeks away still but we are very excited to say goodbye to the old bakery and move into our new building.

Our retail sales items are what is leftover from pre-sales. There is no guarantee on leftover pre sale items.

We continue to be so thankful for everyone’s patience during this transition. Moving equipment from one space to another and back to the original space has been a challenge. 😵‍💫
Packing orders this morning was a challenge. 😩 But your support, confidence, and trust in us is what makes it all worthwhile.🫶🏻

Pre ordering is your best bet to get your goodies. Look for the updates and ordering to open up on Monday for next Saturday.

Pop Up on the Patio ☀️⛅️….be there or be square!!! 😎

When? 🗓️Tomorrow!! June 6!!

Time? ⏰ 8am until Noon (or we sell out, whichever is first.)

What will we have? 🤔⁉️
Our famous sourdough chocolate chunk cookies!! 🍪 (Last week they sold out in under an hour. If you want cookies and didn’t place a pre-order, come see us early!!!😬)

We will have our Sourdough Bagels 🥯, Butter Croissants 🥐, Batards 🥖, and English Muffins.

Our subscription holders will receive their first order tomorrow! Yay🥳

For those who placed pre-orders, please pick up by noon. (Or I’ll enjoy your goodies for you….just kidding!!!!🤭) We are NOT delivering pre-orders.

Tomorrow is also First in the ‘Fonte starting at 11am. Grab your sourdough fix from us, grab a coffee, and enjoy our local small businesses downtown. There will be lots of fun things happening! It’s also the children’s festival. It will be a good day to visit Bellefonte! (It’s not supposed to rain until later afternoon.⛈️☔️)
