Wondering what exactly a Wedding Coordinator does and why you need one? Here's just a little peek at some services we offer. When I say we take care of everything behind the scenes, I mean EVERYTHING.

-3 Months before Wedding.
-2-3 in person meetings.
-Unlimited contact via email, text, and phone calls. I want to be there for you!
-Wedding Venue walk through to talk about vision of ceremony and reception.
-Review all vendor contracts. Handle confirmation phone calls. Make sure all final payments are made.
-Review ceremony and rehearsal layout to help identify any missing pieces that may be essential in helping the day run smoothly.
-Coordinate full choreographed rehearsal for bridal party and family. We will make sure everything is just how you want it, everyone is comfortable, and we will have you to your dinner on time.
-Work with you to create full timeline layout for rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. This will be distributed to wedding party and vendors to help the day run smoothly.
-Greet vendors. Make sure they know where to set up. Take care of any questions they may have.
-Meet with ushers and direct them with seating your guests.
-Distribute all flowers/make sure everyone is lined up ready for ceremony.
-Que wedding party down the aisle.
-Ensure marriage license is signed and returned to a safe place.
-Make sure Maid of Honor/Best Man are prepared for speeches.
-Pack up personal items/gifts at end of reception and make sure they are sent with designated person.
-Assist guests during cocktail hour/picture time.
-Discuss DJ layout for the reception.
-Full access to the wedding day “Emergency Kit”. This is a must!

Hello! Welcome to my new business page! Let me introduce myself.

My name is Shevel Simonetti. I’m a Wedding Coordinator. Some call it Month of or Day of Coordnator. My husband Josh and myself, along with our 3 daughters, live in the cutest little town, Bellefonte, PA. We both grew up, met, and fell in love in this town. My husband is a Pastor at Freedom Life Church. This is what has really opened up this door and passion for me. Together, we have been officiating/coordinating weddings for 4 years. We have absolutely loved meeting so many couples over the years and walking along side them in this next chapter of their life. I love it so much, that last year, I decided that I wanted to venture out and make it my full time career.

Our name, Olive & Co., has a special meaning. Spiritually, the olive branch means "Peace". That is exactly what you will get with us. Peace of Mind knowing that everything you have planned to make your day special will be taken care of. Down to the littlest detail. This gives you the freedom to relax and enjoy every moment with your friends, family, and the love of your life.
