I get asked a lot “What do I do with focaccia?” And while focaccia is absolutely delicious on its own, it also makes what I call a “life changing sandwich”. My sourdough rosemary sea salt focaccia as a base and topped with roasted tomatoes, pesto, salami, prosciutto, ham, arugula, homemade stracciatella, balsamic vinegar and a brush of olive oil.
