Mini's Cakes and Cupcakes presents a First Confirmation Cake. During the design process, I faced several unexpected obstacles, including a five-hour power outage that threatened to disrupt the entire project, yet I persevered. The cake consists of four layers of French Vanilla cake layered with white chocolate ganache. The design showcases a blend of hand-painted buttercream, pallet knife techniques, and delicate piping.
