Hello! I was a vendor at Maker's Market today and have some leftover products.

I'm selling my chocolate cherry cake sandwiches and my Italian grandma's fruit biscottis for a discount.

The cake sandwiches are $4 each and the biscottis are 12 for $25. If you're interested in more than each product. I will meet up in Bella Vista or offer delivery for a small fee.

Come see me for at Blowing Springs in Bella Vista this Friday and Saturday! We'll have caramel whiskey apple babka, cranberry apple cider and cherry cider bonbons, my grandma's biscottis, and even treats for our furry friends.

This season we're trying especially hard to support local and family owned businesses, which is why we're thrilled to incorporate Stover and Company chocolate into our bonbons along with Feeling Good by Social Project Brewing Co.

We are also able to offer dog treats thanks to Honeycomb Kitchen Shop. At the last second, we realized we didn't have a bone shaped mold. But Honeycomb Kitchen Shop came to the rescue and was able to provide us with the cutest little bone shaped cookie cutter.

We're thrilled to be doing our second pop-up event of the year and look forward to seeing all y'all!

FALL MENU:

BABKAS
Salted Caramel Pretzel $17 (SEASONAL)- Sweet buttery flavored dough filled with salted caramel and pretzel sticks

Almond Plum Babka $18 (SEASONAL)- Lightly almond flavored dough filled with with a sweet almond meal, plums, and sliced almonds, topped with toasted sugar

Butterfinger $17 (SEASONAL)- Sweet dough filled with peanut butter caramel and Butterfinger bits, topped with sweet butter

Pumpkin Spice $15 (SEASONAL)- Pumpkin bread flavored dough filled with white chocolate ganache

Raspberry Cardamom $17- Vanilla dough filled with raspberry cardamom

Brownie Batter $15- Vanilla dough filled with a moist brownie batter

Orange Chocolate $17- braided orange dessert bread, buttery dark chocolate filling

CHALLAHS
Pizza Style $23- challah bread stuffed with mozzarella, pepperoni, and pizza sauce. Brushed with a garlic herb butter

Pesto and Feta $16- Challah bread stuffed with basil pesto and feta cheese (very garlicky)

Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese $25 - Challah bread stuffed with shredded buffalo chicken and blue cheese, topped with blue cheese + buffalo butter and a buffalo sauce reduction

Our fall menu may be caramel centered, but that doesn't mean we're neglecting our fruit flavors. We're putting the final touches on our almond plum babka before our fall menu drop!

Fall is coming! That means our fall menu will be here soon! At Babkas & Treats- A Bella Vista Bakery , fall doesn't mean pumpkin spice, it means caramel. Like one of our newest recipes below, salted caramel pretzel. Soon our bourbon caramel apple, smoked salted banana caramel, and peanut butter caramel Butterfinger babkas will be back for a SWEET fall season!

If anyone is looking for a fantastic gift made here in NWA, Bentonville Milk Block Soap Co has got it. I needed a gift urgently for some friends who'd lost their home and pet. Not only were they able to help me expedite my order so I could get my friends their gift faster, the soap itself is fantastic. Their blocks are gorgeous, but the pictures don't do their speciality soaps justice. The Lion and Spaceballs soaps are out of this word beautiful and smell just as good as they look!

Hand painted, filled chocolates are now available! Chocolates come in boxes of 8. They're made with organic couverture imported from Spain. Chocolates are shelf stable for about 10 days. Check out my other listings to see my available Jewish baked goods and Italian cookies.

Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. I meet up at the Bella Vista Harps for free or offer delivery for a small fee. Below is my available flavors.

Dark chocolates-
Strawberry Balsamic: filled with luscious strawberry ganache and a high quality balsamic vinegar ganache ($8 per 4/ $14 per 8 chocolates)

Cherry Liquor: cherry liquor ganache with chopped dried cherries ($7 per 4/ $12 per 8 chocolates)

Orange Maple: Orange ganache layered with white chocolate ganache with hints of maple and whiskey ($8 per 4/ $14 per 8 chocolates)

Soy Caramel: My most controversial flavor, reminiscent of the sea either you love or hate this concoction of vanilla caramel layered with a sweet soy sauce reduction ($8 per 4/ $14 per 8 chocolates)

S'more: A bonfire in a chocolate! Marshmallow layered with dark chocolate ganache and graham cracker crust ($10 per 4/ $16 per 8 chocolates)

White chocolates:
Salted Caramel Apple Pie: mini spiced apples layered with salted caramel and a salty graham cracker oat base ($10 per 4/ $16 per 8 chocolates)

Root Beer Float: filled with a vanilla root beer ganache ($6 per 4/ $10 per 8 chocolates)

Turkish Coffee: Warm and intense spices combine with a chocolate and a strong coffee to take your tastebuds on a trip to the middle east ($6 per 4/ $10 per 8 chocolates)

Rum Pretzel: strong rum ganache topped with pretzels ($8 per 4/ $14 per 8 chocolates)

I'm now selling my Italian Nona's biscottis to help my grandparents earn a little extra cash. Biscottis are a hard Italian cookie traditionally dipped in Italian liquor, but we like them with milk, tea, or coffee. Currently, she has fruit biscottis available. They're filled with dried fruits and nuts. Nona has spent years perfecting her recipes and prices herself in using the highest quality, organic ingredients.

The price is $25 for 12. Each cookie is appropriately 4 inches long. Cookies may vary slightly in thickness and length, but they're measured by weight to make sure that each dozen comes out to approximately 11 ounces. The cookies keep exceptionally well in an airtight container and will last at least 10 days. For long term storage, or if you would like to ship your biscottis, Nona will vacuum seal them for an additional $5 per dozen. I will meet up at the Bella Vista Harps for free or deliver for a small fee.
