Looking to Hire: Local Contractor / Handyman for Small Property Projects ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

Hi neighbors! I am looking for a reliable, skilled contractor or handyman to help wrap up a few projects around our property.

The main jobs include:
* Bread Shed Flooring: Installing a floor for a bread shed. (MUST be completed by Thanksgiving โ€” thank you!)
* Back Staircase/Deck: Fix or install new stairs/small deck off back door.
*Front Entrance Area: Adding a doghouse style mud room off the front door entrance.
* Painting/Staining: Finishing up some exterior/interior painting and staining work. Painting additional outbuildings on property.
* General Maintenance: Tackling a few other minor upkeep tasks around the property.
โ€” ** BONUS ** chicken coop or chicken shed builder needed.
