We are closed again for the summer. Terri is a new Grandma and that and cheesecake production schedules don’t mix. Still making some fun treats for parties. Old Glory Cheesecake Pops (strawberry, vanilla, blueberry) and Liberty Refreshers non-dairy pops (watermelon, lychee, blueberry).

Made 70 cheesecakes for Pizazz today. Chocolate Peppermint, Bourbon Eggnog and Vanilla Bean. Gluten free and non Gluten free. Wish I had gone with the whipped cream on top of the chocolate peppermint, pictured below...I was worried about the peppermint candies bleeding into the cream when thawed.

Made a little dessert for the girls today...strawberry, black pepper with balsamic vinegar no bake cheesecake; spicy dark chocolate truffles; and cardamom and lavender ruby chocolate truffles.
