The Award Winning Design Team of Triolo's Bakery specializes in innovative cutting edge designs to complement our gourmet cakes, entremets, petit gateau, European pastries, and delectable confections.

On December 10, 2012, Triolo's Bakery opened its location in an old barn across from where CR Sparks used to be. The iconic Red Barn with the flagpole on top of the tower is indeed a distinctive landmark.

As a small business, the pastry chefs and cake design team are focused on exceptional customer service. Offering the high quality cakes and desserts our customers expect.

Together the talented team of pastry chefs, cake designers and retail staff are passionate about creating works of edible art for any occasions including weddings, baby showers, baptisms, birthday parties and corporate events.
