Greet and fulfill guest orders, handles all sales transactions, and ensures proper cash accountability and guest service. Do-Nut Prep including Icing and filling Do-Nuts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Be in uniform at assigned workstation for shifts beginning as early as 4:00am
*Greets all guests by following Shipley Do-Nuts guest service procedures.
*Assists guests in making menu selections with use of suggestive selling strategies.
*Reviews specials and handles special store promotions.
*Rings up order and follows proper cash or credit card handling procedures.
*Answers the phone following Shipley Do-Nuts standards and procedures.
*Coordinates phone in orders for guest pick up.
*Processes coupons and discounts as per standards.
*Does not leave terminal unless signed off of the POS system.
*Keeps assigned area neat, clean, and well stocked during shift.
*Responsible to follow excellent sanitation, food handling, and safety procedures
*Preforms restocking and dishwashing duties as directed by immediate supervisor
*Performs opening, closing, change of shift, or other duties as assigned by Supervisor, or Manager

Required Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience using cash register or POS
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
*Must be able to read, speak, write, and communicate effectively at the work location
*Requires basic math skills and the ability to handle money accurately
*Must be able to maintain reasonable attendance at work
*Must be able to arrive at the store at the scheduled time
*Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests
*Position requires bending and movement the entire workday
