A small milestone we’re happy to announce.
Starting today, March 17th, our West Concord shop is open 7 days a week.
Just over six months ago, we opened the doors to our second location, and getting to this point has taken an incredible amount of work from our entire team. Opening and operating two shops has been both exciting and challenging, especially in a moment where the economic and political climate has made running a small business feel anything but predictable.

This only works because of our team. The early mornings, the long days, the consistency, the care, and the pride they bring into the space every single day. From the kitchen to the front of house, every detail you experience is the result of their effort. So this one is really about them.

A special shoutout to our management team, I couldn’t do it without you! Pastry Chef Nicole for the early mornings and dedication to the craft, Front of House Manager Bob for the long days and fantastic customer service, and Sous Chef Mariah for the care and passion that goes into everything we make.

And thank you to everyone in Concord and beyond who has welcomed us so warmly over these first months. Your support means more than you know.

We’re excited to be here every day of the week now.

We will be open Friday, January 30th.

I write this with a pit in my stomach and no certainty that there is a single “right” way to approach this. Due to financial constraints, we are simply unable to close for the day, as remaining open allows us to continue supporting our staff and sustaining our business.

That said, we unequivocally stand in solidarity with immigrants and with those participating in tomorrow’s strike. Immigrants are the backbone of the food industry and a foundational part of this country. Eva’s Little Kitchen would not exist had my parents not courageously immigrated here in search of opportunity and a better life for future generations.

We encourage our community to continue supporting small businesses, and if you are able, to pay with cash tomorrow (and always!)

We will be donating 100% of proceeds from tomorrow’s hot coffee sales to LUCE Immigrant Justice Network of MA.

NYE: (Bedford only): Open 8–3 PM with a fully stocked prepared foods case—crab cakes, devils on horseback, miso mushroom ramen, clam chowder, chicken salad, and more. Plus pastries, sandwiches, and snacks to send off 2025 in style.

New Year’s Day: Pastries and sandwiches all day! While most everywhere is closed, we’ll be here. Come see us! Bedford & Concord Open 9 AM–2 PM

We’re excited to share that our second Eva’s Little Kitchen in West Concord is officially open, and the response has been overwhelming in the best way. We’re so grateful to this community and the wonderful guests who’ve already joined us.

We chose to start small and grow gradually to give our team time to train, ensure consistency, and just figure it out.

Now we’re ready for the next step: beginning Thursday, August 21, we’ll be open five days a week, Thursday through Monday, 8–4, with plans to reach seven days very soon. Thank you for your support as we grow into this new chapter.

August 1st. This date has a funny way of showing up.

Five years ago, our lease started in Bedford. (2020, crazy I know!) Four years ago, we opened the doors to Eva’s Little Kitchen. And one year ago today, after a discouraging string of expansion leads, I stumbled across the listing for West Concord while eating a burger at Saltbox. Today, I’m proud to say that construction and permitting at Eva’s Little Kitchen West Concord is finally complete.

In the chaos of opening a second restaurant while simultaneously running the first and raising three girls under five, I almost missed the chance to look back and see how far we’ve come. I am so proud.

In four years, Eva’s Little Kitchen has become something much bigger than food. It’s grown into a true community, full of regulars I’ve come to know and love, partnerships that challenge and inspire us, and friends who started as customers. We’ve had the honor of helping families gather around good food through all of life’s seasons.

It hasn’t been easy. There have been missteps, lessons, and plenty of humbling moments. But through it all, there’s been laughter, growth, and so much love.

Thank you for being part of it. Your continued, steadfast support blows my mind every day. I can’t believe this is my job. What a dream.

XL Gingerbread French Macaron. I’ll be honest - these blew my mind the first time I tasted it. These babies are filled with a luscious cream cheese frosting which pairs with the most elegant and festive gingerbread flavor [I’ve ever experienced] from the macaron shell. Please come try one, try all! Our macarons are not to be missed.
