A small milestone we’re happy to announce.
Starting today, March 17th, our West Concord shop is open 7 days a week.
Just over six months ago, we opened the doors to our second location, and getting to this point has taken an incredible amount of work from our entire team. Opening and operating two shops has been both exciting and challenging, especially in a moment where the economic and political climate has made running a small business feel anything but predictable.
This only works because of our team. The early mornings, the long days, the consistency, the care, and the pride they bring into the space every single day. From the kitchen to the front of house, every detail you experience is the result of their effort. So this one is really about them.
A special shoutout to our management team, I couldn’t do it without you! Pastry Chef Nicole for the early mornings and dedication to the craft, Front of House Manager Bob for the long days and fantastic customer service, and Sous Chef Mariah for the care and passion that goes into everything we make.
And thank you to everyone in Concord and beyond who has welcomed us so warmly over these first months. Your support means more than you know.
We’re excited to be here every day of the week now.
