Andrew has worked at the Flatbread Company for 13 years now, and is always such a joy to work with.

Andrew is always bringing in an arrangements of treats for the rest of the team members on Sunday mornings. Boosting moral the moment he walks through the doors.

His hobbies include baking, gardening, and watching horror movies.

Tonights Community Bake is for the Burlington High School Class of 2024

The current junior class of Burlington High School, is seeking to raise funds for the major event of their high school careers, Senior Prom. Senior Prom will happen in May of 2024 and these fundraisers and other benefits are being held as a way to reduce the cost of the average student’s ticket and other fees such as venue fees and catering.

Our Flatbread Specials for the week of 1/27/2023 👀

🍯 Our Carne has all natural sliced Calabrese (Italian dried sausage) sliced Castelvetrano olives, sliced organic red onions, ricotta, mozz, parm & herbs and then finished with a hot honey drizzle!

🍄 Our Veggie has a wild mushroom medley that is soaked in a red wine thyme sauce, goat cheese, braised creamed leeks, mozz, parm and then topped with homemade Gremolata (chopped parsley, lemon zest and garlic)

These specials will be added on our menu as Seasonal Flatbreads very soon! 🤩

This week’s Employee Spotlight goes out to Bailey! Bailey has been with Flatbread for almost 7 months now. He has had tremendous growth within such a short period of time, and he can confidently work each position the kitchen has to offer!
🦜He’s a huge animal lover, and has raised “Dazzle”, his Goffin cockatoo, who is now 15 years old.
🍕Bailey’s favorite flatbread is the Chicken Mopsy.
🎶 His favorite music artist is Kid Cudi.
