Brownie jar update!

Our final shopping trip and the toy delivery got delayed, but we finally were able to make it happen this morning! Took the morning to finish shopping, stopped for lunch on the way, and dropped the toys off at Childrens Hospital in Minneapolis this morning! $700 of toys, books, coloring books, etc 😱

What a blessing to be able to do this! And I’m so proud of the kids. Thank you again to everyone who supported Dawsyn 🙏🏻

Brownie jar update: thank you for your patience with us as we work on contacting everyone and organizing deliveries! Dawsyn has orders for 64 jars 😱 and assembly has started! She made 12 jars after school today and can’t wait to get them all done. We’ll be working on assembling through the weekend and into next week and hope to have jars in everyone’s hands by mid week next week.

THANK YOU for making this happen for our princess. She is over the moon excited and talking about how “all the kids at the hospital will be so happy!” 🙏🏻

My sweet girl is wanting to make these cute “goodie jars” to sell to raise money to buy toys to donate to Children’s “for the kids who might need to be in the hospital for Christmas” 🫶🏻 her heart is so genuine and pure, I’d love to make this happen for her!!

Anyone interested in purchasing a jar? Jar would also include a pretty Christmas ribbon and tag that includes directions for making the brownies.

I would take a pre-order/make as we can.. but just putting feelers out if there’s any interest before I figure out all the logistiscs

$8 would be the cost.

When my daughters teacher messaged me this weekend to let me know they’d be having apple pie in class Monday, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to pull this one off. Apple pie isn’t quite low fructose friendly (to say the least) and my sourdough pie crust needs a couple days to ferment to be ok for her tummy.

But these taste so good and how cute did they turn out?!

An almond flour pie crust, pie filling sweetened with a dash of pure maple syrup and thickened with corn starch, and topped with oats and gluten free flour with a small spoonful of brown sugar. Created as a mini pie makes only a few slices of apple in each crust. So I can add a low fructose apple pie to things I’ve conquered!

Maybe mini pie’s will have to make an appearance around Thanksgiving and Christmas 👀
