Swedish Princess Cake! These are so much fun!
I don’t get to make these often as they are on my “secret menu” for no reason other than,.. I need to update my website 🫣🤣😂
She’s yummy layers of a vanilla sponge with patisserie cream, raspberry, and whipped cream.
I always get to stretch myself as I work with marzipan (see what I did there?! 🤣) but it’s fun to see what I can do. This time I added cute daises at the bottom seam just cause.

Everything ebbs and flows. Some weeks I’m only making cake… the last few weeks I’m making dessert tables… and here is a box of brownie bites about to go out the door!
I made some salted caramel apple pie cheese cake shooters last week and am not convinced I got a picture of them. So this is going to have to do 🫣😂🤣

Fall is here!!! Or at least on my menu it is!!
These beauties went out to a fall wedding and included chai cupcakes with brown sugar Swiss meringue and snickerdoodle cupcakes with browned butter Italian meringue.
This week I’m cooking up apple pie filling for some caramel apple pie cheesecake dessert shooters!! I might just make extra because…. Yummmyyyyyy!!
Happy Thursday!! Hang in there and we are so close to the weekend!

These chocolate cupcakes were covered with delicious swirls of chocolate buttercream that’s so silky smooth, I made have used up a few small spoons to just test it “make sure” 🤣😂
Happy Thursdays!!! I’m looking at more treat boxes for fall and wondering if you guys prefer email or IG updates?
