✨ Celebrating a magical 13th Birthday! ✨
I had so much fun creating this special cake for such a milestone birthday. It’s a decadent red velvet cake featuring a luscious salted caramel filling, all covered in smooth Swiss meringue buttercream. To finish it off, I added Swiss meringue buttercream flowers and delicate edible lavender flowers along with a handcrafted fondant moth to give it that whimsical, moody aesthetic. 🦋💜

🏆✨ CLASS OF 2026 AWARDS NIGHT! ✨🏆

Big achievements call for seriously big flavors! We had the absolute honor of sweetening up the school awards ceremony this week with a custom lineup of gourmet treats. 🎓🧁

Here’s the winning lineup on the dessert table:
✨ Salted Caramel Crunch: Fluffy white cake topped with rich buttercream and a decadent salted caramel drizzle and a vanilla cream filled cookie.

✨ Blueberry Lemon Crisp: Zesty lemon cake with a swirl of fresh buttercream and a homemade blueberry compote drizzle.

I’m serving up a "Cheeseburger" today, but you definitely don’t want mustard on this one!

This is a total Chocolate Fudge Cake disguised as your favorite cookout staple.
I went all out on the details to make sure the "illusion" held up:
• The Patty & Bun: Decadent chocolate fudge cake.
• The Special Sauce: Silky French meringue buttercream piped for the "lettuce" and "condiments".
• The Dairy: Custom modeling chocolate "cheese" slices.
• The Garnish: Hand-placed modeling chocolate sesame seeds for that perfect bun texture.
