✨💕 French Lemon Yogurt Cake 💕✨

These mini loaf cakes are made with whole milk yogurt, ground almonds, and bright lemon zest and juice. It’s a riff on a classic French recipe and is our favorite spring cake. We’ll have four of these beauties tomorrow at the 1844 Farmers Market so stop by between 10 am - 2 pm for a sweet treat!

We’ll be back at 1844 Farmers Market this Saturday, May 16th from 10am - 2pm, so stop by for a sweet treat.

This week we’re featuring our brand new, ooey-gooey, pillowy-soft cinnamon rolls in two flavors - classic frosted cinnamon, and blueberry lemon. Our rolls are made with a special yeasted enriched dough that rises slowly over 24 hours before we add our fillings and bake fresh the morning of the market. Get there early and the rolls will still be warm! 💕✨

✨💕 New recipe alert! These cinnamon rolls are gorgeously pillowy and soft thanks to a few fun techniques - starting with a tangzhong (a roux-like mixture of scalded milk and flour), long and slow kneading, and a cold rise in the fridge overnight.

We’ll be slowly adding these to our menu over the next few weeks as we perfect a few flavor combinations, so make sure to stop by our upcoming market booths early in the day to claim your batch! 💕✨
