These have orange extract mixed with the brown sugar cinnamon and butter inside, and they’re topped with orange icing also made from extract, as well as dye free coloring.

Before the kids got up this morning and before I started baking, I made the kids a batch of Play-Doh. I can pretty much pull Play-Doh together for them in about 5 to 10 minutes, and it always occupies them for a long time.

This croissant sourdough bread deserves its own post 😍

If you haven’t tried croissant yet, it is a customer favorite. This sourdough loaf is made with unbleached and non-brominated flour, sea salt, water, and real butter made with only cream and salt. The dough is fermented for at least 24 hours, and the butter is folded in during fermentation, which is what yields the tasty crispy layers that you see here.

These will be in stock at the Bread Shed late tonight! 😋
